Effective October 7, 2026. This notice covers heykix.com, the website for Kix by Kixik Technologies.

What we collect on this website

• Your email address, if you join the waitlist. We also store the date you signed up, the web address you came from, and your browser type, so we can tell where interest comes from.
• Basic request logs. Our hosting provider, Vercel, keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address and pages requested) to run and protect the site.

This website does not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies. If you turn on sound, the narration audio is played in your browser; nothing is recorded.

How we use it

We use your email only to contact you about early access to Kix and to answer you if you write to us. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Where it is stored

Waitlist signups are stored privately with Vercel, our hosting provider, in the United States. Only the Kixik team can access them.

How long we keep it

We keep your waitlist email until you ask us to delete it, or until early access ends and we no longer need it.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time by writing to data@kixik.tech. We will respond within 30 days.

Using Kix itself

If your business becomes a Kix client, a separate client agreement explains how your business data is connected, used, protected and deleted. That agreement, not this website notice, governs the Kix service.

Changes

If we change this notice, we will update the date at the top of this page.
